RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING

HIRING PROCESS

  • Detailed job requirements gathered from employers.
  • Damon Global will search and match its database, job portal and other channels for potential candidates.
  • Dealing with local manning agencies
  • Candidates will be filtered through a screening process; they will then be provided details of the job and company.
  • The shortlisted candidates will then have their CV sent to the employer.
  • Coordinate with the employer to interview the candidates.
  • DAMON will then conduct a background check on the candidates and verify their references.
  • Ensuring the proper certification of employees in accordance with OPITO, STCW and other client requirements.
  • Ensuring that employee undergo a medical examination and hold a valid medical certificate
  • Arranging mobilization and demobilization
  • Candidate commences work if employment is successful. However, if no candidate is hired then the process will start again, beginning at stage 2.
  • Follow-up with candidate and client.
  • Administration and preparation of monthly payroll
  • Payment of monthly employee allotments and final wages
  • Personnel budgeting and accounting
  • Maintaining a systematic record of employee’s training certificates and other documents.
